The Brattle Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to work in our Cambridge, MA office. Our office in Cambridge is conveniently located in Harvard Square near the Harvard Square train stop on the red line, we will be moving to downtown Boston by summer of 2017. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this position has the overall responsibility for preparing and processing payroll, accounts payable, and employee reimbursements. This position will also be responsible for projects as assigned to support the Accounting team, to include reporting, analysis, reconciliation, compliance, and forecasting.
The Payroll Specialist will be a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced and professional environment. Vital to success in this position are attention to detail, excellent time management skills, flexibility, and keen problem solving capabilities. This individual should have experience with payroll and some exposure to general accounting over the course of his/her career.
