Human Resources Business Partner
The Brattle Group is seeking a motivated and flexible individual with strong customer service skills for a full-time Human Resources Business Partner to support the Human Resources department in our London office. The Business Partner will partner with the appropriate HR leads in the United States, as well as local European office heads to provide guidance to the London, Rome and Madrid offices. The HR Business Partner will provide services in the functional areas of the Human Resources department including benefits, compensation, recruiting, and employee relations. The HR Business Partner will ensure high quality and timely administration of all HR services with a focus on the customer experience.

The position requires someone who well-versed in all applicable Human Resources laws, practices, and procedures and who brings strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle numerous projects and deliverables simultaneously.
