The Brattle Group is seeking a flexible and motivated individual with excellent customer service, time management and communication skills for a full-time Recruiter position in our Boston, MA office. Our office is currently located in Harvard Square, but will be moving to downtown Boston in June 2017.
We are looking for an energetic and creative individual who wants to have direct involvement in full life-cycle recruiting for our U.S. offices with some involvement in recruiting for our international offices. This position is primarily responsible for hiring entry level analyst and intern positions as well as serving as the main point of contact for university relationships. The Recruiter will be a member of the Human Resources team, a group that is focused on ensuring a culture of high performance, collegiality, and development. This position reports to the Senior Recruiter in Washington, DC.
