Senior Manager of Training and Development
The Brattle Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Training and Development with a strong track record of building high performance organizations to work in our Boston, MA, San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC office. The person in this role leads, develops, communicates, and delivers a systematic process for the development of consulting staff. The incumbent works closely with consulting staff who serve as liaisons in training and development. This position reports to the Vice-President of Human Resources and has management responsibility for three members of the HR team.
This position requires strong collaboration, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle numerous projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess:
