Flex-time Employment

P3Pro's flex-time option is ideal for environmental, engineering and other technical professionals who would like to work a flexible schedule. Many on our team are independent consultants or small business owners who wish to supplement their regular income sources. P3Pro staff includes all levels of education and experience-from those at the beginning of their careers to senior professionals. P3Pro offers a highly competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience, challenging assignments and the opportunity to work on projects you choose. P3Pro team members are employees--not contractors. As a P3Pro flex-staff professional, when you work on a project, you record the time on a weekly timesheet and are paid as part of our regular bi-weekly payroll. P3Pro professionals are never obligated to accept an assignment, and you are free to work with other firms--we do not require a non-compete agreement to be a member of the P3Pro team.

Temp to Hire and Direct-Hire Placement

P3Pro is also recruiting qualified candidates for temp to hire and direct-hire permanent positions with our clients. Opportunities are available nationwide for skilled environmental, engineering, construction and related professionals. With P3Pro there is never a cost to the candidate.
