The Director of Admissions is responsible for developing, planning, directing and controlling admissions activities needed to ensure campus success. Key responsibilities for a Director of Admissions include: Responsibilities include: • Direct and manage the campus’ admissions goals. • Provide leadership in achieving the campus’ full and part-time enrollment objectives. • Build and maintain a fully functioning admissions team. • Train and develop admissions staff to support overall campus objectives. • Assist in budget preparation. Requirements • A minimum of five years experience in proprietary school sales. • Five years Director of Admissions experience. • Proven track record in public or private admissions. • Leadership abilities and the ability to embrace a challenge. • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
