Product Support Coordinator- Denver

Description

Smart Reach Digital is looking for a junior level person to provide support for our Product team. The ideal Product Support Coordinator candidate is organized and can handle multiple priorities.  Duties include accurate and timely client estimate responses, reviewing marketing campaign performance, and collaborating with Product Managers.  Products include Display Extension, Email Extension, SEM, SEO, Website Hosting, and Social. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Backup support for Product Managers on day to day troubleshooting issues and field questions
  • Helps ensure that all data is correcting synced from our order entry tools to our client facing reporting
  • Assist with equipment quotes Help Desk responses
  • Provides timely estimate support to our sales teams for Display Extension, Email Extensions, Search Engine Marketing and Social Media.
  • Provides reporting support during and after marketing campaigns for Display Extension, Email Extensions, and Search Engine Marketing.
  • Assists in reconciling monthly invoicing

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • One year of experience in a digital operations, account management, or sales environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Detail oriented and professional demeanor
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and a great team member!
