Description

The Regional Sales Execution Manager is the dotted-line manager for all Project Managers in a defined region. RSEM trains all Project Managers on current and changing processes and is responsible for interviewing and onboarding new PM hires. Our ideal Regional Sales Execution Manager candidate has strong problem-solving capabilities and is process-oriented. Duties include problem resolution, reviewing performance, customer escalations, and reporting status to management. The RSEM also assists with agency approvals, cancellations, billing uploads, and other operational processes as necessary. The Regional Sales Execution Manager takes the lead on the relationships between the Product team, Operations team, Finance team, IT, and the Market teams. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interviews and onboards all Project Manager hires for markets
  • Develops and executes training for Project Managers and sales teams as necessary
  • Reviews, analyzes and recommends changes needed in company process and strategy to higher management that directly impacts sales execution in markets
  • Maintains and manages Project Manager and/or sales collateral (training documents, process documents, and client facing materials) for existing and new products as necessary
  • Troubleshoots issues as they arise in CRM, Workflow or Billing process
  • Assists with agency approvals, cancellations, billing uploads, and other operational processes as necessary
  • Coordinates and runs weekly Project Manager meeting with other RSEMs
  • Assists the Agency Director and VP of Sales in the development and management sales processes

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in strategically contributing to a digital operations, account management or sales facing department for an advertising agency or media company
  • Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker comfortable working with ambiguity, genuinely passionate about data and analytics
  • Logical, process-oriented person that enjoys getting things done
  • Problem solving - understanding and offering solutions
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting to large groups and senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with dynamic priorities and time pressures
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with key agency partners
  • Travel to markets for in person training (20-30%)
