To provide a clean and functioning learning environment post new LMS implementation it is critical that:
§ courseware that is not being used, outdated, and/or redundant be removed from our client’s course catalogs
§ off-the-shelf content, such as skill soft, is consolidated and optimized for client’s needs
Curriculum Contractor 1 Deliverables:
§ Assist in a needs analysis of general requirements
Develop a full list of client’s courses with utilization numbers
§ Create different views of the content
o Off-the-shelf courses, internally developed WBTs, etc.
§ Cross referenced for duplications
§ Cross referenced by curriculum manager
§ Cross referenced by curriculum
§ Identification of low usage with suggestions for update/retire/or replace
§ Identification of priority courses that will receive additional testing
The contractor will need to work hand in hand with existing curriculum managers and learning consultants to get the existing details and leverage established relationships.
*4+ years of experience in training consulting within large corporate environment (or related experience)
*Project management experience and/or equivalent combination of learning development and project management experience, including significant experience managing learning development and technology development. Must have experience on project teams and managing a segment of the project, expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry, and a strong understanding of corporate education and training
*Ability to organize and manage time effectively; manages multiple projects concurrently
*Working knowledge of various systems and applications in the learning environment; proficient in MS Office.
*Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
*2+ years financial services experience
*Integration experience with LMS and other HR systems.
