Description

Ontario Systems has a new and exciting position as Training Administrator in its Enterprise Organizational Development & Learning Group. Are you comfortable in a fast paced environment? Are you able to juggle multiple priorities, and have strong communications and interpersonal skills? Then we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Schedule meeting rooms and equipment for onsite training experiences
  • Coordinate external spaces, hospitality items, and calendars and schedules for all participants, including new hires/onboarding.
  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices and expense reports for group
  • Coordinate and produce training materials including slide deck, attendance sheets, name tents, etc.
  • Process online registrations for external learning events for company employees
  • Maintain professional development library
  • Maintain training records and reports for training grants
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and update LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Perform other support duties, as directed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:
 

  • Associate’s degree and over one year of experience or equivalent combination
  • Knowledge and experience using Outlook, Excel, and Word required
  • Strong typing skills
  • Ability to learn other software packages such as PowerPoint, Seagate, Crystal Reports
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all personality types
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Location  This position will work from our Muncie, Indiana, location, which is near Ball State University and within easy commuting distance from Indianapolis.
