Position Title: Temporary Sales Coordinator                          


Position Summary


Delivers results by performing inside sales support.  Performs administrative tasks associated with processing applications and other high level support functions related to customers.  Assists the sales function by entering and reviewing applications in the Crown Castle system and coordinating various administrative aspects of the sales, licensing and billing processes.  Supports customers on application related issues from application submittal to license commencement.


Essential Job Functions


  • Manage the application process by: Ensuring that all first-time install customer submitted online applications are entered within 48 hours of receipt and customer submitted online amendment applications are submitted within 5 business days;Confirming feasibility of application acceptance through initial site scrub (including review of existing CAD level and site plan drawings, photos in CCI Sites, underlying lease documents, TIA inspections, etc.);Submitting applications using customer provided RF Data Sheets.

  • Communicate and resolve application discrepancies between the customer and Crown Castle including confirming or acquiring customer entity and billing information, confirming available physical compound space and vertical tower space, and acquiring equipment specifications for any equipment not contained in CCI Sites.

  • Provide customer with application milestone tracking as it relates to application submission status and license/amendment delivery/execution.

  • Work with Account Executives to update and forecast the application.

  • Train external users on CCISites, on-line application entry and other applications as needed through in-person demo sessions or phone training.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract conditions and terms for customers in geographic area. Adhere to Company policy regarding generation and execution of all contract and legal documents related to sales process.

  • Price all MLA governed amendments, including populating amendment calculators.

  • Populate License Request Forms (LRFs) and resolve any applicable sales related PAI licensing issues.

  • Track and assist in the application to rent commencement process. Track all post-sales activity from CM2 (application submittal) to PM14 (rent commencement).

  • Upload customer search rings and send marketing materials to customers related to Crown hits. Ensure 48 hour turnaround from receipt of search rings.

  • Ensure frequent communication with sales and district teams to maintain an accurate, current understanding of customer projects and issues.

  • Partner with assets to resolve application configuration issues.

  • Ensure all reporting is done in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Develop a good working relationship with other internal Crown departments to assist in expediting the sales process.

  • Track and assist as needed all post-sales activity for DAS and ASD projects.

  • Prepare due diligence packages for the customer.

  • Monitor and register CCI Site access for external users.

  • Coordinate and manage logistical needs of company sponsored customer events.

  • Participate in customer and internal deployment meetings as necessary.

  • Track key sales indicators and provide accurate, timely reporting of these indicators to the appropriate individuals at the corporate and area level.




  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred


Experience/Minimum Requirements


  • Previous sales support experience preferred

  • Must have an interest in sales and customer support
