OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance and Security, this position will be responsible for the operation and maintenance follow-up of the Head Office located in Côte-des-Neiges.

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance tasks and minor projects, coordination and monitoring annual service contracts by third-party;
  • Perform maintenance tasks, including minor repairs (e.g. doors, offices, equipment, toilets, etc.), renovations (e.g. building walls, painting etc.) and the outdoor maintenance (e.g. mowing, shoveling snow, remove the ice, etc.);
  • Coordinate and help contractors to prevent or minimize delays and interruptions, integrate smoothly work performed by authorized contractors, ensure the quality of the services, and ensure the fulfilment of the mandates in accordance with the contracts;
  • Manage emergencies and offer a customer service that is courteous, respectful and effective;
  • Ensure that all tasks performed by a third party, or by an employee of Kruger Inc., are carried out in accordance with the standards and regulations of the CNESST and the additional of Kruger Inc. requirements if there is place.

 

RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Participate in planning, organization and control of activities related to the management of the assets of the Head Office;
  • Ensure that asset management is in compliance to laws and regulations;
  • Manage maintenance work and minor repairs;
  • Periodic preventive inspections;
  • Keep the calendar of activities of maintenance and repair to date;
  • Participate to the development of preventive maintenance plan.
