  • The Concierge is an expert in handling a variety of critical guest needs.
  • The Concierge is expected to strive to make the impossible achievable for our guests by relying on contacts with local merchants and service providers.
  • Knowledge of the attractions, nightlife, and special services of the surrounding area.
  • Warmly greet and assist guests with various tasks.
  • Make arrangements on items such as transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit or health and beauty services, cultural events, religious worship, childcare, shopping, florists, and any other needs.
  • Ability to give directions to meetings and events within the hotel as well as explain hotel facilities.
  • Assist guests with receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages and packages and help them process such communications and shipments.
  • Availability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Resort.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
  • Must be able to occasionally move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 45 pounds.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
