Senior HCP Brand Manager, Gout Franchise

The Senior HCP Brand Manager role requires the skills, experience, and passion to support the continued growth of the Gout Franchise through the effective execution of Healthcare Professional promotion. The candidate must be a proven strategic and analytic thinker who can effectively develop, manage, and implement impactful sales and marketing programs and tactics. Under the direction of the Associate Director HCP, this individual will be responsible for development and management of the tactical elements of the brand plan, specifically focused the execution of sales rep delivered materials, field communications, promotional education programs, sales training, and tradeshows. This position will report to the Associate Director HCP, Gout Franchise.
The role requires proven HCP pharmaceutical marketing experience, the ability to internalize and pull through the brand strategy in programs and materials, a thorough understanding of the sales force support needs and requirements, and strong ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment, to efficiently prioritize and advance key brand initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include sample management, speaker programs, lunch and learns, national and local convention materials, and sales force training in partnership with Sales Training. This individual will also support the Associate Director HCP in establishing and maintaining strong communication and integration with the field via ongoing field force communication, engagement with the Sales Advisory Team to identify optimizations, as well as ensuring strong communication and integration with sales excellence, commercial IT and sales management.
