The Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is first and foremost about improving sales productivity and effectiveness. To do this, they are responsible for management, administration and implementation of various systems/processes that support the IRWD sales force, including HCP targeting and call plan creation, territory alignments, and additional ad hoc projects. This individual’s duty includes managing all stakeholders (internal and external) involved with these processes and supplying standard reporting to all levels of the organization. They are also responsible for ad-hoc analysis when necessary to generate deeper insights to inform decisions and to identify operational process improvements. This position will report to the Director of Sales Operations/Sales Excellence.
