Ironwood is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Senior HRIS analyst to join the Total Rewards/HRIS Operations team. This role will partner with HR Leaderships to analyze all HR systems and maintain them.
The Senior Analyst, HRIS and Operations will have a variety of responsibilities as the primary resource for our HR systems, including Oracle Cloud HCM, Taleo Business Edition, SumTotal, and others. The Senior Analyst will work to improve efficiencies, document processes, and work on special projects as needed. System responsibilities will include analyzing Oracle HCM process design and workflow, implementation support for new functionality, testing and process improvements (enhancement support) to leverage the return on technological capabilities. This individual will also be responsible to build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain a systems and efficiency orientation and work effectively with peers. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the team and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity (master data), report writing, data presentation and analysis, dashboard preparation, org hierarchy and functional process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also partners with IT to ensure successful system upgrades, patches, testing, SOX, compliance matters, within the HR application portfolio.
