Ironwood is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Senior HRIS analyst to join the Total Rewards/HRIS Operations team. This role will partner with HR Leaderships to analyze all HR systems and maintain them.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will have a variety of responsibilities as the primary resource for our HR systems, Oracle Cloud HCM, Taleo Business Edition, SumTotal, and others. Responsibilities will include analyzing Oracle HCM process design and workflow, implementation support and process improvements (enhancement support) to leverage the return on technological capabilities. This individual will also be responsible to build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain a systems orientation and work effectively with peers. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity (master data), testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows, dashboard preparation, org hierarchy and functional process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades within the HR application portfolio, patches, testing, SOX, compliance matters, and other technical projects as assigned.
