Call Center Representative- no foreign language experience needed!
(LSA) is currently seeking upbeat, motivated and friendly professionals to work in its call center.
What is the job?
- Help meet client needs by gathering accurate client information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service
What the job isn’t:
- NO sales
- NO cold calling

- Strong computer skills
- Ability to keep information regarding clients and calls confidential
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and good attendance is essential
High School Diploma or equivalent, proven success in customer service / call center position is a plus.
This is an on-site position only.
FLSA Job Status:
Part time and full time positions available.
Multi-language capabilities are not required.
