The Altair Partner Alliance (APA) team oversees Altair’s partnership program gathering 55+ software companies sharing the same licensing model.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the relationship with customers for support and licensing as well as with partners for quality assurance and daily management.
 
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers for support requests
Coordinate with partners for Quality Assurance
Run user’s campaigns to grow APA business 
Create internal and external licenses 
Manage dedicated partners
o    Develop and oversee yearly business strategies
o    Monitor and assess partners’ metrics within the program
o    Communicate regularly with partners on an ongoing basis
 
Skills & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical degree is highly preferred
Entry level graduate with internship experience with up to two (2) years of experience
Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to network and think strategically
Self-motivated and confident; enjoy taking the lead and being the key person
Ability to understand technical aspects of a product 
Ability to use initiative as well as work as part of a team
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to simultaneously track multiple initiatives and projects
