Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation of Mattson equipment as well as performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. 


Job Description: Bachelor degree in mechanical or automation engineering. 6+ years working experience in Semi industry Good interpersonal skills, and good working attitude. Able to perform installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of equipment at customer site, troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems, assemblies and subassemblies from using block diagrams , schematics etc. Computer literate, able to perform Software upgrades. Develop strong customer relationships at multiple levels in the customer organization. Manage customer's expectations Work with end users to schedule work tasks Good at solving problem with innovative method Strong leadership to drive team for improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Good presentation skills
