Our client is currently hiring ABA Behavior Assistants (Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) to provide in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or emotional and behavioral issues throughout Virginia, including Williamsburg, Hampton, and Newport News.

ABA Behavior Assistants manage a caseload of clients to be seen in their homes and are supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Supervision meets the requirements of the BACB and may be used towards BCBA or BCaBA certification. Most clients are seen before or after school, although there are opportunities for Behavior Assistants to work during school hours.


• A Bachelor’s degree
