They are currently seeking an On-Boarding & Off-Boarding Specialist in Crystal City, VA.
Our client is experiencing strong growth and we are looking for an On-Boarding/Off-Boarding Specialist to serve our Government (ARMY) customer in Crystal City, VA.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual that has a great demeanor, attention to detail and who truly cares about the mission.
On-Boarding/Off-boarding Specialist

SECRET Clearance Required
This individual will to facilitate the on-boarding process for all new members to the DCATS program.  This role assumes responsible for all in processing and out-processing procedures for all DCATS personnel.  The Onboarding Specialist shall support the following activities: 
• Initiate communications with incoming/checking-in personnel 
• Support the On-Boarding process for all military, civil servant, and contractors with the goal of minimizing the time required to gain network access. 
• Coordinate with DCATS IT support for provisioning IT equipment 
• Coordinate with Army Knowledge Online (AKO) Sponsor to ensure and facilitate AKO access and registration process
• Coordinate with TASS Agent to process DD Form 1172-2 or Application for Identification Card/DEERS Enrollment Form prior of issuing Computer Access Card (CAC)
• Prepare DD Form 2249 or DoD Building Pass Application for Government Official signature 
• Review Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)/Security Clearance on incoming personnel 
• Conducts weekly and monthly program count of all personnel 
• Providing feedback on security clearances 
• Prepare and update a welcome aboard package 
• Coordinates with personnel escorts for incoming personnel 
• Provides monthly reports for PR and Interim clearance changes and access to JPAS 
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain & update all SOPs related to the onboarding and off-boarding process
• Maintain DD Form 254 the DoD Contract Security Classification Specification guidance
• Maintain Birthday and SendWordNow roster
• 3+ years of onboarding and offboarding experience in an administrative role, supporting an Army environment 
• 1 year of related experience with acquisition coordination and/or HR generalist processes
• Candidate must have at least 1-3 years knowledge of JPAS and demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to quickly navigate government JPAS system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and articulation
• Must have demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and operate well independently
• Must have experience in dealing with all types of employees, must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and must have highly developed analytical reasoning skills. 
• Experience background as Facility Security Officer a plus.
• Must able to prepare and manage Army Memorandum Correspondence AR 25-50. 
Additional Requirements:
• Adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a deadline-oriented environment 
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and excel in a fast-paced client-focused environment
• Ability to work well independently on several projects concurrently and handle multiple changing priorities coupled with the ability to manage change and assist others through change
• Great attitude and very friendly
• 3+ years of experience with providing administrative support in a large, Government (ARMY) environment
• Secret clearance; will accept Interim Secret clearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. 
• Ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to proofread on grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy\
• Experience with DoD or Army environments

• Bachelors in relevant field (or equivalent experience) 
• Active Secret clearance
