Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will drive the operational activities of supply chain management. Specifically, the Project Coordinator will:

  • Create monthly management reports on items such as exception reporting, rolling 12 month contract expirations, portfolio supplier risk, save tracking, and diverse supplier spend tracking.
  • Make sure that a PDF copy of each executed contract PDF is uploaded to the contract database with key contract fields captured.
  • Perform spot audits to ensure compliance to contract terms and conditions.
  • Help manage the P-Card program and monthly reconciliations.
  • Assist Procurement Operations lead with logistics related to supplier business reviews
  • Maintain the Procurement intranet site including templates, policies, forms, etc.
  • Field inquiries that come in from business partners and suppliers
  • Perform category research in support of RFP efforts

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Produces periodic (e.g. weekly, monthly) management reports
  • Ensures key contract data is entered into Contraxx or other database
  • Spot audits contracts for contract compliance
  • Maintains Procurement intranet site and related policies
  • Performs category research in support of RFPs
  • Supports Workday data entry

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3+ Years of Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
