Multiple positions available in Strategic Enterprise Program Management: Responsible for delivery of high priority cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Job Summary:
•This group functions as an internal consulting group and works on key business priorities to address topics at the top of senior management agendas, and at the forefront of the industry.
•Projects and programs typically span across lines of business and may include leading delivery of complex regulatory or operational/technology risk or efficiency engagements, assessing and planning new market entry, executing growth strategies, or recovering off track strategic initiatives.

Key Capabilities:
•Plan and lead high-profile, cross-functional internal consulting-style engagements, proactively identifying and managing key internal and external stakeholders.
•Experience working in a global business environment and directly interfacing with senior executives.
•Strong business acumen, including superior grasp of financial analysis and business case concepts as well as industry concepts/dynamics.
•Demonstrated experience creating and managing strategic investment cases and building execution plans for new strategies and/or market opportunities.
•Innovative problem solver, able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution.
•Advanced communication skills - both written and oral. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to the essential components, and delivering effective messages to a wide range of audiences.
•Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Able to identify, understand and track details and inter-dependencies between many projects regardless of project ownership.
•High level of EQ. Ability to work effectively across teams, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization.
•Innovative mindset, willing to challenge conventional approaches and hold an enterprise viewpoint even in the face of adversity and resistance.
•Strong desire to learn and continuously grow impact of the role.
•This position will also be responsible for production of monthly business reports, dashboards, and scorecards –which will require coordination across multiple functions to gather, analyze, and synthesize information for executive audiences.

•Bachelor's degree required.
•Experience at a top management consultancy or “big 4” consulting firm or comparable 'internal consulting' experience.
•Prefer experience in financial services at a systemically important institution.
•Nice to have experience in performance measurement, KPIs, 6-sigma and/or lean management.
