Customer Care Tier 2 Representative

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable individual to join our Customer Care Tier 2 team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for resolution of escalated Top Producer product, technical, and customer based issues. They will occasionally assist in handling overflow cases escalated to our Resolution team, test and document product issues, and work on department projects related to product or customer relationships.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for a range of company products at a front line or Tier 2 level.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems escalated to the highest levels.
  • Provide top notch service for escalated customer relationship issues.
  • Occasionally handle and resolve overflow Research incidents.
  • Occasionally work on product testing and documentation of product defects, and other department projects.
  • Handle escalated cancellation requests.
  • Prevent cancellations and retain customers by aligning needs with product solutions.


  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have demonstrated detailed product knowledge of Top Producer applications.
  • Have demonstrated good working knowledge of operating systems (particularly Windows 7, Windows 8 and Apple iOS)
  • Have demonstrated the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to provide best in class customer service.
  • Consistently met and/or exceeded current department phone performance targets.
  • Post-Secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in the field of Computer Technology preferred, but not mandatory.
