HRIS Analyst - Temporary

Due to our continued growth we are seeking to add to our HR Team on a temporary basis with the potential to become an employee in 2019. This position can work either Full time or Part time as a project employee.

While reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources this position will provide Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration; primarily the optimization of ADP Work Force Now (version 15) and implementation of Time and Attendance, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Social Onboarding, etc. over the next year.  This position requires a tactical, hands-on, subject matter expert who is both detail-oriented and highly organized.                                                                         

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help lead and work in concert with HR team in Memphis and Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and ADP professional services team in Optimization of recent ADP Work Force Now (version 15) migration
  • Help lead the clean-up efforts of current data, post migration, and work toward maintenance, data integrity, data compilation and business reporting going forward
  • Help lead the implementation of other ADP Work Force Now HRIS modules and with other HR technology system upgrades
  • Participate in HRIS integrations with other systems
  • Proven discretion and maturity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information; knowledge of federal, state and local HRIS compliance regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Information Technology
  • Knowledge and experience working with ADP technologies; including Work Force Now (version 15)
  • Knowledge and experience working with Kronos time and attendance technology
  • Hands on HRIS Administration experience including maintenance, enhancement, integration and support
  • Experience managing projects in an analytical, but fast paced and forward moving direction
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, constant change, and the need to balance conflicting goals and interests
  • Excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills; high sense of urgency; demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently; ability to work independently 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
