East Coast - Home Based position
Home Based with 50% Travel
As a full time, exempt, 340B Corporate Analyst with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) you will provide 340B Drug Pricing Program technical and analytical support to the CPS Division for Compliance and Regulatory Services (CRS). Key responsibilities include: Serve as an analyst and liaison to key stakeholders to help ensure appropriate utilization and compliance with 340B Program requirements. Assist the CRS team to review and analyze data for current CPS management agreements, consulting engagements and prospective clients. Regularly communicate with all staff involved with the 340B program to be sure that processes remain efficient and to address any problems or suggestions for improvement. May provide consulting services.
This salaried position is primarily Monday-Friday, day shift, with roughly 50% travel to CPS client sites and meetings, including visiting hospital sites on short notice. Travel may sometimes require long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Other 50% of work time will be home based.
Resides in the Eastern region of the US and close by a major International Airport
3+ years experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Buyer in an acute care setting
340B Drug Pricing Program purchasing activities and analysis experience
GPO and Wholesaler contracting utilizing wholesaler reports and GPO pricing experience
Working knowledge & experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably with EPIC and/or Cerner
Pharmacy Charge Master knowledge & experience
Pharmaceutical purchasing/inventory control procedures experience
Pharmacy computer order entry experience
340B split billing software and audits experience
Expertise in other areas of pharmacy practice or management
Ability to pass a company Motor Vehicle (MVR) background check
Demonstrated skills with the following:

Proficiency using personal computers and computer applications including Windows, word processing (Word), presentations (PowerPoint) and creation of spreadsheets (Excel).

About the CPS Division of Compliance and Regulatory Services: The Corporate 340B Analyst reports to the CPS Division Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Services or a designee within the Compliance and Regulatory team.
