Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. No Evenings or Weekends (Possible Emergency Weekend On-Call)
As a Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Clinical Staff Pharmacist you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
About the Facility: The New York State Psychiatric Institute offers a wide range of clinical services, for individuals with schizophrenia, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, and other conditions. Most treatment occurs in the context of research studies. Inpatient care is provided on two research units and one clinical unit.
