We are seeking a dependable, honest, energetic and highly motivated individual with great work ethic and evening availability to join our team as a Janitorial Technician. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises and have excellent time management skills. The Janitorial Technician will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, gym, kitchen and public areas. This facility consists of the main building and a field service center.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Adhere to the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning schedule.
Clean 3 level building of offices, restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms and common areas in addition to separate building with offices and restrooms in Field Service Center.
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Service, clean and supply restrooms
Trash and recycling removal
Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds from ground level to waist level and 30 pounds to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift.
Continuous standing and walking required throughout a scheduled work shift.
Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl.
Position requires acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing.
